A 45 minute session where I will analyse your breath, breathing patterns and make a tailored plan to support your breath goals. Available online and in person.

30 MIN MEDITATION / YOGA / BREATHWORK CLASS – £35

A 30 minute one to one class of your choice. Available online only.

50 MIN MEDITATION / YOGA / BREATHWORK CLASS – £60

SACRED BREATH CEREMONY (FIRST SESSION) – £110 intro offer (usually £140)

FAQ

The Anchored membership was designed to be a ‘first step’ into not only breathwork but meditation, mindful movement, journalling, daily ritual, visualisation and more. At just £15pm or £11 (when you get the annual pass) it’s a no brainer and will allow you to dip your toes into a plethora of on demand and live weekly practices!

I like to use all of my wisdom to completely tailor a journey to the clients needs and desires. No session looks the same and so it’s hard to ‘put it on a box’. Typically I see one to one sessions as consciousness therapy. I create a spaces that welcomes you to show up as you are and I observe where it is you are blocked / ready to expand. This could be in the form of conversation, breathwork, movement, journalling, visualisation, consciousness theory… but most likely a combination of them all. If you’re interested, enquire here.
