FUNCTIONAL BREATHWORK CONSULTATION – £50

A 45 minute session where I will analyse your breath, breathing patterns and make a tailored plan to support your breath goals whether that is to support fitness, health or emotional resilience. Available online and in person.

50 MIN ONLINE SESSION – £60

A 50-minute one-to-one session where we can dive into your concerns and apply different breath, mind and body techniques for healing and transformation. Available online and in person.

SACRED BREATH CEREMONY (FIRST SESSION) – £120

A powerful 3-hour, one-to-one container and ceremony. This is an altered state breathwork immersion where I will guide your breath and body using sound, shamanic drumming, oils and touch to bring deep healing and profound transformation to your mind, body and soul. Available online and in person.

SACRED BREATH CEREMONY (FOLLOW UP SESSION) – £80

A powerful 2-hour, one-to-one container and ceremony. This is an altered state breathwork immersion where I will guide your breath and body using sound, shamanic drumming, oils and touch to bring deep healing and profound transformation to your mind, body and soul.

The Anchored membership was designed to be a ‘first step’ into not only breathwork but meditation, mindful movement, journalling, daily ritual, visualisation and more. At just £15pm or £11 (when you get the annual pass) it’s a no brainer and will allow you to dip your toes into a plethora of on demand and live weekly practices!
