For my first-ever breathwork ceremony and women’s circle, I felt completely held and safe to express all that I needed to go through. I felt so connected to the other women in the room and we all went through something together that night. Mollie was so attentive to our needs and helped me to fully understand the benefits and science behind breathwork.
